In this blog, I'm hoping I can solve your social media algorithm worries once and for all by giving you THREE key pieces of information to remember when it comes to the daunted "algorithms."

The first thing I want you to remember is that no matter how hard you try, no matter how hard you study, no matter how much you know, you can't control the algorithm.  Ahhhhhhhhh, now doesn't that feel better?  Because if you can't control it, then it doesn't matter what you do, which means?  You shouldn't worry about it.

Trust me, I'm sure you've got far bigger things to worry about in your life than if Instagram started prioritizing this filter over that filter, or this sticker doesn't get the same engagement, because I can tell you right now, I've never heard someone say their business was unsuccessful because of an Instagram filter.

The second thing to remember is that running a business isn't about platforms and algorithms, it's about people.  And if you can figure out how to connect with people, understand their problems, and solve them with your products and services, then it doesn't matter how the social media algorithms decide to change, because you'll always have a steady flow of consistent business.

Because at its core, business is about helping people solve problems.

The last thing I want you to remember is that algorithms can change, types of content can change, but the thing that will ALWAYS remain the same is this: great content will always win.  So if you focus on creating great content, people will consume it, like it, share it, etc. which is what all social media platforms want, regardless of the algorithm it has.  So by focusing on the content, you're fail-proofing your profile, in essence, against any algorithm change by making binge-worthy content.
