We're finally talking about social media, and this week we wanted to start with Instagram.  Even though TikTok is the most used social media platform, Instagram is still THE platform if you're running a business and one that your potential customers WILL check out before making a purchase...

Is it just me, or is Instagram one of the "neediest" social media platforms out there?  Not convinced, just take a look at all the content they want you to post on a weekly basis:

• 1 IGTV video
• 5-7 Reels
• 8-10 Stories 3x
• 2-3 Still Posts (Quotes)
• 2-3 Carousels
• 1 Guide
